    Early morning My Son tour is a great option for travelers who like to visit the temples at the best time of the day.  As the sanctuary is pretty small, it’s normally occupied with lots of tourists at the peak visiting time. And because the weather is always hot, travelers find it hard to enjoy the beauty of the sanctuary when it burns. An abstract about My Son sanctuary and Champa civilization:

Nestled in a narrow valley surrounded by mountains, this temple-tower complex is considerably called “the valley of arts and divinities”.

My Son comprised 70 architectural works ranging from small to large monuments (only 20 temples remain due to the destruction of time and wars). My Son sanctuary was the most important religious center of the royal Cham from the 4th to 13th century. Tower-temples were erected to commemorate great victories and conquests, also where the souls of kings after death gathered with the Hindu gods, especially Shiva God.

TOUR ITINERARY: 5 hours

5:30 – 5:45. Pick up guests from hotels in Hoi An and depart to My Son. On the way, guests take their included Vietnamese coffee.

06:30. Arrive at My Son a before most other big bus tours pouring to the site and before the weather gets extremely hot.

06:30 -8:30: The experienced guide with a great command of English explains the historic and cultural values of the site  while pointing out nice angles for the best photo shots. A duration of more than 2 hours give travelers plenty of time to immerse the site at it most most atmospheric morning feeling. Early morning give travelers opportunities to see the surrounding nature of the complex and makes it a lot more enjoyable. 

After the visit, travelers are taken to a local home restaurant where special local food and coffee (or soft drink) are offered (vegetarian/vegan food available upon request).

At 9:30 Visitors start to get back to hotels and save much time for the rest of the day.

The tour ends in Hoi An at around 10:30/10:45 am. Guests can save a lot of time for other activities in Hoi An.

Guests are advised to wear bright clothes to best suit the contrast of the temples.

• – More than 48 hours before departure: No charges
• – From 48 hours to 24 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price.
• – Less than 24 hours before departure or No show: 100% of the tour price.
